FREDERICK — The Frederick Bombers rolled to 382 yards of offense Friday night to knock down the Tigers of Commerce 42-0.
In his first start of the season, Blake Cotton began the scoring onslaught with a 23-yard strike to Trey Booker in the first quarter. Cotton ended up with 181 yards through the air and three scoring tosses. He also connected with Jessie Webb for 37- and 29-yard scoring plays.
In addition to this scoring reception, Booker also found the end zone from 3 and 58 yards out.
The Bomber defense held the Tigers to 78 yards of offense and forced four turnovers.
The Frederick Bombers improved to 13-0 on the season and Commerce finished 11-2.
