The Notre Dame Knights, state semifinalists in the finest Six-Man football season in school history, had two players named to the TAPPS all-state first team.
Offensive lineman Hunter Quintero, and running back Cody McElroy made the first team. McElroy also made the second team as a defensive back, and Quintero made the second team as a special-teams player.
Kicker Wes Brinkman and defensive lineman Tim Ahrens were named honorable mention all-state.
